Owego Elementary School Children’s Garden the groundbreaking activities for, “Our Enchanted Seeds Garden” on June 14.  The garden has great potential for application all curriculum areas and by its proximity. It could eventually include activities with the middle school, high school and the Senior Citizen’s Center.  There is a continuing Power Point presentation documenting the progress of the garden. As with any project it takes many hands and both Mr. Thearle, Principal ; Tony Clark, Ground Superintendent and the Tioga Master Gardeners have been partners in the project.  The Elfun Share the Gold grant was instrumental in making this project possible.
